CANCELLATION & EXCHANGES
Can I cancel or change my order? Once your order is placed, we aim to send it to production as soon as possible. Depending on when your order was placed, cancellation may be possible if production has not yet begun. Please contact us at email@example.com to request a cancellation and we will be more than happy to assist you.
MY ITEM IS DAMAGED/INCORRECT, WHAT DO I DO?
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact our support team at firstname.lastname@example.org with a photo of the item. We will arrange for a replacement item to be sent to you as soon as possible. Please do not return items to us without authorization from support first.
CAN I RETURN MY PURCHASE?
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact our support team at email@example.com to initiate a return. All returns/refunds are subject to executive management's approval. Refunds must be requested within 30 days of purchase and the item(s) must be in good condition and returned to our UK location to be eligible for a refund. Please note that personalized items are not eligible for refunds as they cannot be restocked. Wrong quantity or product type refund requests are not acceptable as the customer is responsible for checking their order details before making the payment. Shipping/handling fees are not eligible for refunds.
WHAT IS THE USUAL TIME FRAME FOR A REFUND?
The time frame for processing a refund is generally between 7-10 business days after after the returned item has been shipped to the warehouse. In the best-case scenario, it could take up to 3 days depending on your payment method.

We make every effort to accurately represent all designs and products. If your purchase is not what you expected, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and pictures of your product, so we can initiate the replacement process.
